| This 1929 Chevrolet was an on-going
project for the last 7 or 8 years. The process of tracking down various needed
parts took more time than I had originally anticipated. Tire rims from
Arizona, doors from Kansas kept me busy running for these parts. The biggest
challenge was re-doing the cab woodwork. Not having good pieces for patterns,
made the process of fabricating new wood a hard job. The truck has 6.00
rubber on the front and 6.50 on the back. It was a very interesting
and rewarding project. |
